The entry price is an indication for a clear first version. External and recurring costs (such as domain, hosting, licences and media budget) are shown separately in the scope plan.
- You do not have to start with a new website
We first check access, technical foundations, data and the commercial problem. This avoids paying for a redesign that does not solve the real issue.
What drives the price of a website
The calculator prices a project the same way our quotes do. Every project has three parts, and each answer changes one of them.

Project setup
Structure, visual system, content management, forms, deployment and testing. A one-page site needs this work too, and it sets the floor of the price.

Scope
Pages, languages, products and app screens. Each extra unit adds work.
- 03
Features
Blog, online store, payments, parcel terminals, accounting integrations and bookings. Features are what give two similar websites very different prices.
Website development prices
The low end is basic design at the smallest scope; the high end is premium design.

Each extra page costs €199–295. Major Source OÜ is not registered for VAT, so nothing is added on top. See what each service includes.
After launch
Support is free for the first 60 days. After that you can choose a maintenance plan at €49, €149 or €390 per month. If the deadline slips through our fault, you get a discount on the price. If you already have a website, start with a €290 audit: if you then order the work from us, it is credited against the project.
